CHEF SOMAR IBRAHIM JADOUN
Chef Somar began his work at Sheraton Hotel Damascus Syria in 2003 as Commis Chef, and Chef de Partie at Safir Hotel Homs Syria and later work as Outlef Chef in Four Seasons Hotel in 2005 - 2008, Chef Somar’s ever-evolving menu which is prepared with technique and finesse. Chef Somar’s focus on balancing intense individual flavors and textures has resulted in the creation of many dishes. Chef Somar began his professional career as the Head Chef and later pomoted as Executive Chef at Le Gourmet Restaurant. Chef Somar continues to expand his more than 13 years of knowledge of new and innovative techniques through various stagés in well-known restaurants.
